Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q.   Do I have to purchase on line or can I purchase at registration?

A.   No you do not have to purchase on line. The online purchasing is set up for your convenience so you do not have to worry about purchasing so close to the show and to save time at registration.  We do offer the option of purchasing at registration. We will be there to help you. Please note, however, that you will have to come see us at registration even if you have pre-purchased on line to provide us with your competitor button number.

 

Q.   What type of payments do you accept?

A.   We accept cash  at registration. Only EMT on line. We do not accept Pay Pal.

 

Q.  How many photos do I get if I purchase the stage photo package?

A.   We cannot guarantee a number of photos. We can tell you that every time you are on stage you will be photographed.  How you make use of that time on stage will determine how many photos you receive.  The number of people in your class will also determine the amount of time you are on stage and again determine how much you are photographed. The number of classes will also determine the number of photos as well as if your class requires you to do a routine. Many factors will affect the number of photos.

 

Q.   Can I purchase photos after?

A.  Yes you can. We photograph everyone. However, we concentrate on those who have pre-purchased so the numbers of photos may be slightly lower. The cost to purchase after will also be slightly higher at  $163.85 including taxes.

 

Q.  Can I see the photos before I purchase or just pay for one if I see it on line and like it?

A.  No, sorry. It would not be fair to all of the competitors who trusted us and our service to pay ahead of time.  You can purchase the entire package only.

     

Q. What's included in the stage photo package?

A.  Stage photos of you every time you set foot on stage both during pre-judging portion and the evening portion. If a show is the one show format this would mean pre-judging and the awards section.  Your individual presentation, your comparisons, any routines you do, and any awards you win.  We also have a photographer that does candids backstage and during registration. Sometimes we also include those if you are easily recognizable (your competitor button is visible). They are not guaranteed but if we can identify you and they are not being used for the CPA newsletter or magazines, we will include them. AGAIN, they are not guaranteed and if included are a gift not paid for.

 

Q.  What is the fee for stage photos and if I am in more than one class is there an extra charge?

A.  The fee for the stage photo package is $152.55 which includes taxes and EVERY class you are in. You do not pay extra for extra classes. There is one set fee no matter how many times you are on stage.  

 

Q.   What is the backstage photo package exactly?

A.  The backstage photo package is a mini photo shoot in front of a backdrop with a photographer. A mini studio style shoot.  You receive a minimum of 7 - 10 fully edited photos in high resolution. 

 

Q.   Can I change clothes for the backstage shoot?

A.  Yes but it isn't recommended as it may mess up your tan for stage. If you still want to do this we recommend that you choose clothing that can be changed easily and not rub your skin.

 

Q.  What is the fee for the backstage package?

A.  The fee is $124.30 including taxes.

 

Q.  If I decide to purchase the backstage package after the show, is this option available?

A.  No. Unlike our stage where everyone gets photographed, we only photograph those who have purchased online or at registration.

   

Q.  How will I know when I do my backstage shoot and where I have to go?

A.   All information will be given to you at check-ins. You will need to come see us.

 

Q.  What are video critiques?

A.  Video critiques are video of you during pre-judging with a voice over from the head judge. He or she will tell you what you have done well and what you need to improve on to get to the next level explaining why you placed where you did.  A more in-depth description of this will be provided at the competitor meeting before each show.

 

Q.  Can I have a critique done of my routine?

A.  No. Critiques are done of your individual presentation and comparisons.   The only exception to this rule, however, is the fitness class, as they are judged on their routines only.

 

Q.  Can I pay for a video critique after the show?

A.  Yes, however, the critiques that are pre-purchased are done the day of the show either between the morning and evening show or immediately after the show is finished that night. Any critiques done after will be delayed until we are at another show with the same head judge and will only be done if time permits as the show that day and its competitors will be the priority.  if you buy a video critique after the show an additional administration fee will also apply.

 

Q.  What is the cost of a video critique?

A.  if purchased before the show on line or registration the fee is $67.80 with taxes included. If purchased after the show the fee is $79.10 taxes included.

     

Q.  I didn't have money before or at registration. Can I find you and pay you the day of the show?

A.  No.  We are working and will not be available with paperwork to accept payments, document your purchase or provide receipts. 

 

Q.  Do you also offer editing for stage photos?

A.  Stage photos are not edited and we will not edit them. They are provided in their natural state. it is important to view your physique as it was presented on stage. 


Q.  I made my purchase and have now changed my mind or my show has been rescheduled. Can I get a refund?

A.  No all sales are final. No exceptions. If your show has been rescheduled we will transfer your purchase to the new date. Please be sure you have read all of the information and are sure about your purchase. 

 

Q. When should I expect my photo packages or video critique?

A.  Your photo will be delivered approximately 3 weeks after the show. Your video critique will be delivered to you in 1 week following the show. 

 

Q. How do I receive my photos and/or video?

A. We send your photos and videos to you electronically. We use a site called Dropbox. It is a delivery system only. We do not keep your photos there indefinitely. Please download them to your computer immediately upon receiving our email with the link. The files will be too large for your phone or tablet. We provide high resolution photos.  You do not need a Dropbox account. Simply click on the link and download them straight to your computer.  If you already have a Dropbox account it would be best to provide an email address for delivery other than that one as Dropbox will ask you to upgrade your account. As stated above, we provide high resolution photos so the free Dropbox will not be large enough to hold your photos.

 

Q. Do the links expire for my photos?

A. Yes. they do. This is a delivery system only and it is your responsibility to download them immediately when the link is received.  Failing to collect you photos within a two week time frame of delivery runs a risk of the link expiring. If we have to re-upload them for you, a fee will apply.

 

Q. The time has passed that you said I would receive my photos and I don't have them. What now?

A. If the 3 weeks for delivery times has passed, check your junk mail, and spam folder if no emails have been delivered to your email inbox. If you have multiple emails, please do the same as you may have provided a different one than the one you are checking. If not in any of them, please send us an email with the show you competed in, your full name, your competitor number (button number) and the classes you competed in. We will then investigate for you. We also post regular updates on Facebook and Instagram regarding the status of shows, when they have been delivered etc. Please follow us and you will be kept in the loop.   @zoom-sps
